Welcome to Passage to Peace Yoga. Iyala offers an authentic and accessible space to learn and grow through the various methods of yoga. Using movement as the forefront, spirit and the subtler bodies are addressed through breathing practices, meditation, and chanting providing a complete practice. Iyala’s intention is to guide a way into one’s own remembrance of empowerment, health, love and freedom, providing a passage to peace.
